Add Alipay as payment option.

*since PP or stuff like this is blocked in some countrys.

hello,

    Please change max Alipay donate 600RMB to 1000RMB

so Alipay could be same as PP ,and could get 10% bonus CC

now max is 600RMB and  = $81
