We present a dozen or so cape designs, of which we will choose a few.
When choosing the theme, we tried to match the colors to the wings, we know that many people care about this. But we also tried to add some artworks that contain direct references to the game.
Due to different light settings, classic plain capes look best in all conditions. Here are some of the suggestions:

Artworks may look a bit worse in the game (depending on lighting, color settings), but if you want such projects, we have prepared the following.
The capes are inspired by Archons:
Brumhart - the element of fire enchanted in the sword possessed by Zian
Evengarda - the element of fire enchanted in the bow possessed by Gracia
Gaiahon - the element of earth enchanted in the staff possessed by Ugdrasil
Volphyr - the element of wind possessed by Dikain
The colors refer to:
golden - Humans
blue - Elves
red - Orcs
turquoise - Dragoncions

We will not do a typical vote, everyone has different tastes, just write us comments which ones you like and which you don't like, along with a short justification. We will read them and take them into account when making the final choice.

#6 - its a neutral color will match with all wings and is a solid design!

1-6 these are pretty simple, colored designs which will fit for different types of wings. All others are kinda "too colored" or pictures are just too much in my opinion.

6 : very cool design and neutral
15-16-17-18-19 : Those are very nice, they are also something people can try to mix with used mount and design are well done
25 : My favorite just because its the weakess monster in the game and would be cool to "troll" with it
Others are either just to similar to existing model or are to specific to something and would only be good on 1 class only.
I prefer when i can use the neck on multiple character and for it to still look good, so its a no for me on to specific designs
(similar to what was said on previous proposed design during last event)

6 - simple, neutral, efficient
19 - For my case, I use Storm Phoenix, and would love to have a cloak (and wings maybe one day) that match my phoenix :D (the whole phoenix line cloaks is cool)

12 is awesome too , for defensive cloak

Cool cloak designs indeed but it is totally unfair when approximately a month and half ago JUSTAC team confirmed that there will be no new cloaks added. Then many of us including me, spent a LOT of money to invest in building new necks with the latest wing additions. Now you are not even offering the chance to players to reset their necks which I believe is totally unfair. Do you expect from us players to build a new neck and spent a fortune every 2 months?
I think JUSTAC Team should reconsider and allow players that built necklaces recently to reset their necks and choose one of the winning cloak designs once the voting here has closed.
Now regarding the designs I vote for: 6 nice and simple. Then 11 and 21 because I think they look pretty fancy!

they all look decent af. Why not just take every cloak and players can decide ingame which cloak the wanna use

We will probably add 10-13 new designs, so you can choose more than a few. Please write a justification why these and not others.
The voting will last until the end of this month.
We would like to remind you that, as promised, there will be no new cloaks - this is a 100% cosmetic update, this only applies to appearance, just as it applied to the wings, it does not affect the items obtained so far in terms of statistics. Players will not gain any advantage by new design of the cloak.

So can you specify more on this subject. That means moving forward all the royals will have a new look? So the recently built necklaces we have with the new wings will also have to be rebuilt since you are now releasing an update (even if it is a cosmetic update) to the royals?

They said it already when they were adding new wings. So this was kinda clear there will be new clock designs .

the information was very minimal and the event that was taking place that you speak of they closed with no winners. so we had no idea when that would come or if it would ever happen.

If I had to choose only ONE cloak:
#6 - Is stunning. Such clean design and will fit a lot of wings. I will go for this one for sure.

#19 - The whole Phoenix series, because then the different cloaks are keeping same type of look but still offers some variations.

I very much love and vote for: 1, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 (Really love 6 and 12 and 15,16,17,18,19)

6 seems very cool and can be combined with wings easily.
15-16-17-18-19 Phoenix and 22 Ignatus cloaks seems pretty too.
5 - nice to think about Pillars of Creation but it seems unusual.

Dyeing props are specifically designed to change the style of the cape on the finished necklace. I think everyone will be willing to pay this 1000ec to change the style, which avoids the need to remake the necklace! After all, if we remake the necklace, it won't benefit both players and servers! But this prop can directly dye the cloak on the finished necklace, which can meet the needs of the server and players! Firstly, the server has been donated, and secondly, players do not need to redo the necklace!

Woool, new wing, new wing, new royal cloak. why don't do this at the same time? if cannot change the cloak directly with some EC tools, I think GM should make the new royal cloak updates 1 by 1, 1 each month. That would get more benefits from this game and keep on hurting old players.

Thank you for all opinions. We will make the final selection during this week.
A white cloak will definitely be added, which many players liked, even though bright colors don't look the best in global lighting.
Plus the entire Phoenix line, the Asylum line, the star cape, Tesslon, Green Worm and Archlord. We will choose one more for one reserve place.
