Title: Odds on getting "Finest Materials" from Collecting

Hello,

Can you please enhance the odds to get "Finest" materials ??
In the past, lvl cap on Collecting was lvl 10 but now I see that it's higher. I'm almost lvl 14 which normally should mean that my odds should be preety good.

As you can see in the picture above, before I got 1K "finest" materials, I got like 25K "normal + rare" materials.
Is there a bug or something ? Because the odds are preety bad at this point.

go to title npc and take expert collector title

I already took the NPC title.

It's not about the title, it's about the ODDS of getting "Finest" materials and not "normal/rare" materials.

then try without maybe it doubles normal materials :)
