small scion buffs/skills available after transformations

shado:
scions are weaker than other classes so maybe buffs that are only available to the small scion should also be available later after turning into a summoner or slayer or orbiter
e.g. only 3 selected skiles/buffs are available as you have 3 transformations so you can also select 3.
or all of them 


and of course removing the buffs of other classes (ranger) during bg

I guess it was never supposed to be a full-fledged class, but only a starting one.
