Since everyone has lv15 gear, the event will be a mess, will be almost impossible to kill one another on first floors.
First time they did it was the best one
Dont know how they can adapt it now, since only weapon/uniques will matter
But yeah 1 account per player seems fine,
i dont think they need to restrict more stuff then that,
but if they would i think they need to block Food which make it totally impossible to fight at that floor level

Dont think it would be good to make it a CC item.
Could be a droppable item.
But yeah, i dont think they want to go there and make it random would create alot of frustration.

There are 2 important things people forget here.
Balance is hard to make when you consider FULL BUFF vs SELF BUFF.
Party buffs are to strong, they should put some damage buffs back into single buffs of each class and less into party buffs one.
Im not talking about Defensive party buffs which is mostly ok since you need 3-4 differents class to kill a full buff player.
Knight :
Need more damage or increase its rating hits. PUT BACK the debuffs value from previous Justac, 75% dodge/block on combo skills.
Mage :
This one is hard, but i think on fullbuff its at a good spot, but on selfbuff it need some defensive stats to survive in 1v1
Archer :
Dont touch its MS, remove elemental res from Helpless (its 100% success) and put it into its HH debuff, which wont make archer 2 shot people on damage uniques, but if you hit all 3 debuffs, LIKE any other class, you would kill players easily.
Zerk :
Its on a decent place, but it could have less mana consumption
Sorcerer :
This class has received probably the most buffs since the beginning and is still struggling. I personnaly dont know what it lacks since its been a while i didnt play it.
Hunter :
Decent spot, its a great support character, the nerf on Cure did hit her bad for stamping, so maybe increase a bit its duration
Swash :
Probably the easiest one, give MS to the class on selfbuff by removing 10% from HH buff and give it back to the class itself
Ranger :
Give some SB buff to the class
Elementalist :
With the boost of MS, it made elem beiing useful on teamfight now, but elem is still the best 1v1 class on selfbuff, fix the bomba to make it a skill and decrease the debuff dim res to fix the class. (this would also fix the problem with bomba and larva not beiing able to hit the same target)
Slayer :
It has to much raw crit damage and to low attack rating, swap some to fix the class. Its supposed to be weak on defensive, thats why you have legendary slayer, so i wouldnt touch anything defense wise
Summuner :
The problem with this class at the moment is on fullbuff it has to many raw damage, if the fix to party buffs if made, then it would fix the class itself. On Selfbuff, if larva is fixed, it would need a damage reduction, but withotu a fix to larva, i dont think any changes are necessary. Only thing would be a small fix on HH damage now that the HH has reduced CD, but it would be a slight touch necessary in my opinion

If you need more drop chance, here is a suggestion :
Cap : 30% drop stat
Gloves : 30 drop stat + 30 drop stat
Kilt : 30 drop stat
boots : 30% drop stat + 24 Stone drop.
Thats 174% more drop rates you can aquiere in game now.
+toh which helps alot.

We installed in exclusion of scan, patched again, checked DirectX and downloaded again.

Facts
Wings and Cloak changes design come from previous EVENT design.
No cloak design were accepted and wings were implemented into the game anyways.
It would be FAIR to give back the NEW WINGS from previous Event design where cloak shouldve been added at the same time.
If players want to reset with old wings, it would be fair not to give back those wings.
So give back New design cloak, remove oldest model.
Enjoy

The changes were made to fix the skills issues on certain class coming from the non-game friendly mechanic that was set in Infernum.
It was put back to what it was before in there and how it worked as in Ancient.
I do understand the point that numbers have more impact now and the map is less about solo plays then temfight.
Maybe if enough players inquire a want to go back they might consider it, but they couldnt seems to fix issues with different skills on the old danger zone.

Lose faith is indeed AOE.
The description is wrong
The problem with slayer cast would be the pulling of mobs.
1 of the aoe should have a bigger area of effect to help it.
(same as every class should have also ... at least 1 aoe with 10-20m area of effect)

sorry i misunderstood your point,
yeah lv 7 could increase more then just +1 at 99,99%,
I dont know how much it should increase or if it should be craftable, but lv 7 feel like a letdown at the moment for sure.
Current level 7 apply only on specific terms if your item is almost finish, it doesnt give you a very high feeling or value of item.

but i disagree that they should increase all your stats to maximum right away. It would be meaningfull to farm anything else but that item.
You price of refine lv7 could be reduced for the current lv7 we have, but for what you are asking its WAY to cheap.
Maxing your items for 5x lv6 = 3b, 500m, 100 archondrites = 300m, so for 4b you would make a maxed items that now you can need 10 to 20b worth of tools to do ?
What will you do when you have everything done ?
This is a grind, its meant to last for a long time or BE hard to get something maxed.
My opinion,

or lv7 could Max only 1 stat of the armor, so you would need 5x lv7 tools to max a item, then that would make sense
