Title: Event destiny prayer doesn't work on shields

Don't know if it should work like this but the destiny stones we get from level up rewards don't work on shields. Is it a bug or you set it like this ?

you can read in desitiny tooltips what works

Destiny should work on a EMPTY stat Shield you get from merchant.

If the one given by lvl up reward doesnt work, then its a bug.
